Job Description
Responsible for international business recruitment;
Search and identify suitable candidates through various channels according to the company’s recruitment needs;
Responsible for resume screening, interview arrangements, personnel hiring, and employee onboarding;
Collect market information, assist in formulating recruitment plans, and develop recruitment channels;
Manage the full recruitment process within the organization’s departments, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
工作内容
负责国际业务招聘工作；
根据公司招聘需求情况，通过各种渠道搜寻、甄别合适的候选人；
负责简历筛选、安排面试、人员录用、员工入职等相关事宜；
收集市场信息，协助制定招聘计划，开发招聘渠道；
管理组织内各部门的全周期招聘流程，包括寻找、筛选、面试和评估候选人。
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
Good Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Solid work ethic, affinity, teamwork, and ability to work independently;
Immediate availability preferred;
Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
