As our Senior Scrum Master, your responsibilities include:
Driving ongoing improvement of team processes by applying Agile and Lean principles through inspiration, relationship building, and guidance.
Mentoring and supporting product owners and team leaders while actively participating in the product development journey.
Collaborating closely with designated departments, offering hands-on Agile coaching and guidance.
Acting as an Agile coach for the department and serving as Scrum Master for 1-2 teams.
Facilitating the transition to Agile thinking within teams, encouraging the adoption of Agile methodologies.
Identifying and addressing team needs and challenges, empowering proactive pursuit of continuous improvement.
Successful candidates should:
Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, along with knowledge of Lean & DevOps principles.
Demonstrate proficiency in Agile coaching and facilitation, guiding teams toward self-organization and high performance, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Have experience effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Be prepared to systematically guide organizations and teams through changes and enhancements.
Exhibit the ability to identify and address conflicts before they impede progress.
Lead by example, inspire others, and cultivate a positive work environment.
Understand product thinking and guide teams toward a business-oriented approach.
Have a broad understanding of software development and delivery processes, including requirements definition and release processes.
Preference will be given to candidates with a technical background and experience in Software Development, QA Automation, or similar roles.
Fluency in Russian and English proficiency at the B1 level are essential.
Qualifications:
Agile / Scrum certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in a similar role within a mid-sized or larger product development company.
