Job Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle management of projects: from requirement clarification, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, release, to closure, responsible for successful project delivery;
- Responsible for the standardization and process improvement of project management;
- Identify and solve risks and issues in projects, provide rational suggestions, and actively promote internal process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of relevant industry experience in research and development project management, capable of independently managing project work;
- Possess certain project management skills: research and analysis, decomposition planning of complex projects, risk identification and response, resource coordination, organization of virtual teams, etc.;
- Strong ability to learn quickly and self-drive, familiar with common software development processes, IT, and related knowledge;
- Strong sense of teamwork and management ability, proactive in work, good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and good professional ethics;
- PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
