This presents an excellent opportunity for a Product Owner who thrives on delving deep into business processes, utilizing technology to solve problems, and is eager to assume a hands-on role in driving a technology transformation roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills, including a robust understanding of business analysis and product ownership within an agile delivery environment.
As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, documenting requirements, and collaborating with business and technology Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate effective change management.
- Developing and maintaining a technology transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and seeing it through to completion.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, including operations and management, to ensure the delivery of appropriate features without disrupting business operations.
- Managing the development backlog based on the roadmap and business realities.
We anticipate that you will:
- Have demonstrated experience in working on complex technology projects as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst.
- Possess experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems, which would be advantageous.
- Enjoy being a hands-on team player, willing to take ownership of deliverables from end to end.
- Exhibit transparency, effective communication skills, agility, and a collaborative spirit.
- Display eagerness to learn and develop skills wherever the project requires.
- Possess proficient English skills.
