In this Product Manager role, you’ll wield significant responsibility, leading product discovery, scoping, and launching innovative features and products to facilitate growth. This position presents a unique opportunity for someone adept at navigating the intersections of Product, Development, Marketing, and Partnerships to connect the next wave of 100 million users to Web3.
Job Description
Take charge of planning, designing, promoting, and managing DeFi or blockchain products to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Understand user needs within the DeFi/blockchain domain, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with the development team to address any issues during product development and ensure timely project completion.
Monitor the market performance of DeFi/blockchain products and conduct product optimization.
Regularly report on product performance and propose strategies for product enhancement.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of product management experience.
Strong interest and passion for DeFi or blockchain, with proven project experience in these domains.
Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to troubleshoot potential issues and ensure smooth progress.
Keen awareness of trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with the agility to respond promptly to market shifts.
Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing insights to drive product improvements.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of effective collaboration across different departments.
