Join our global Talent Acquisition team as we extend our reach into Marketing, Operations, and Finance sectors. We seek a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition professional to collaborate closely with our international team, providing ample prospects for career advancement and personal growth.

Our International Commercial Team operates across diverse regions from Brazil to India, dedicated to recruiting talent for Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance teams. You may also contribute to global initiatives within the company.

As Sporty enters a scale-up phase, we are actively recruiting across these domains, with a particular focus on expanding into new territories, most recently Brazil. We’re eagerly seeking top talent in commercial domains to embark on this exciting journey with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of pipeline and relationships
  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber talent
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process, from pipelines to offer management
  • Effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing candidates
  • Efficiently maintaining pipelines on the ATS
  • Crafting and posting compelling job descriptions
  • Collaborating with HR/People Operations for seamless offer handover
  • Delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Working closely with the wider International Talent Acquisition team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial hiring experience in agency or in-house roles
  • Knowledge of commercial hiring (Operations, Finance, Marketing)
  • Proficient in pitching and closing commercial roles
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders is highly beneficial
  • Ability to manage competitive timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Recent experience sourcing via LinkedIn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with employment laws and regulations across different markets

Interview Process:

  • 30 min Aptitude Test
  • Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Remote 90 min video interview loop with 3 x Team Members (30 mins each)
  • 24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process
