We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level or recently graduated QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and the software development lifecycle. As a QA Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate on a globally distributed and highly scalable startup product developed from the ground up.
- Take ownership of the product quality assurance process and its implementation.
- Develop manual testing strategies from inception to execution.
- Maintain comprehensive testing records by documenting test cases, results, and relevant information.
- Engage closely with developers, product owners, and fellow QA specialists, actively contributing to team initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
Expectations for candidates include:
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrating transparency, effective communication, agility, and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
- Showing a keen interest in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Salary:
