Engage proactively with crypto builders to grasp the community’s requirements and preferences, positioning Trust Wallet as the preferred wallet infrastructure for projects.
Conduct thorough analysis of the impact of initiatives and solutions, gathering frequent feedback and making data-driven decisions to guide growth.
Conceptualize and implement marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to drive user expansion.
Embrace a growth hacking mentality and devise creative partnership strategies.
Gather firsthand market insights, consistently provide user feedback, and collaborate with other teams to foster market and community expansion.
Channel partner feedback to the product team, collaborating to identify and pursue new opportunities and business cases.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role with a focus on acquisition and partnerships.
Strong enthusiasm for fostering growth within the blockchain community is essential.

Product-oriented: Knowledge and interest in the realm of Trust Wallet & cryptocurrency is imperative.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing business development targets.

Data-savvy, with a grasp of fundamental marketing and operations metrics.
