What We’re Looking For
This role entails maintaining and nurturing Business or Commercial-related Community Solar accounts. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with customers before their first bills, handling escalations, and addressing emails or phone calls throughout the day. As the subject matter expert within Customer Experience, you will ensure an outstanding Business experience and track product improvements/changes within the customer segment.

Responsibilities
Track metrics on a weekly and monthly basis (e.g., daily phone calls, accounts onboarded, productivity feedback/improvements, customer feedback, escalations).
Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOP) for daily workflow needs.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointments regarding product and service inquiries, customer complaints/escalations, and general inquiries.
Proactively reach out to retain strategic customers.
Resolve customer concerns/issues by collaborating with multiple departments.
Maintain subject matter expertise for Business accounts.
Gather customer feedback for continual process, service, and product improvements.
Communicate account changes to customers proactively.
Ensure successful customer onboarding.
Provide team support, including motivation and encouragement.

The target annual compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $92,000, with competitive benefits and equity components. The exact compensation will be determined based on the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
