$20 PER HOUR Customer Service Coordinator

This entry-level administrative position is primarily focused on handling printing and mailing tasks related to customer correspondence and requests. Despite its administrative nature, this role bears significant accountability and is vital in ensuring flawless completion of compliance and/or regulatory mandated policy tasks within specified timelines and workflow expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and responsive service to customers and partners.
  • Manage printing and mailing duties in-office for all customer correspondence and requests.
  • Adhere to SLAs set by the Customer Service team consistently and efficiently.
  • Meet customer service goals related to printing and mailing work consistently.
  • Demonstrate behaviors and strategies necessary to resolve issues effectively for small business owners and partners across all channels.
  • Utilize Salesforce training and knowledge to document and fulfill policy and agency requests within set SLAs.
  • Seek and offer resolutions to issues while incorporating new information to prevent future occurrences.
  • Engage in continuous training and development.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties associated with partner and policyholder service as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or college coursework preferred.
  • Preferably 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Willingness to accept feedback, express viewpoints openly, communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, and give others the benefit of the doubt.
  • Ability to recognize and learn from mistakes, applying new information to existing contexts.
  • Basic analytical and critical thinking skills to solve simple problems within the role.
  • Capacity to consider the needs of team members or other functions, fostering collaborative working relationships while committing fully to decisions once made.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Printers, Salesforce, Collaboration tools (preferably Slack), and basic office machinery.
  • Demonstrated self-direction and accountability for tasks, deliverables, and timelines.

Location:

  • Hybrid or remote options available unless otherwise specified. Hybrid work locations offer flexibility between working from our Denver or DC office and from home. Remote team members must reside and work within the United States (territories excluded) and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
